Let me start by saying that the gear that I ordered is amazing! Looks as good as it did online and the quality is superb. On another note.....the customer service from this company is exceptional. I ordered some Christmas gifts that were shipped however the shipping company couldn't seem to get it to me. I reached out to Black Maple and asked if they could provide any help in regards to this missing package. Not only did they try their best to retrieve the original package that was sent - they actually sent me an entirely new order with a T-shirt inside as an apology all at their expense. The customer service person(Ash) was super to deal with-was very quick to respond to emails and questions, respectful and understanding. Well Done Black Maple - I have soooooo many great things to say about your company. Absolutely Outstanding Service - you have won a lifetime customer.

Great fit and quality son loves it and lots of people asking about it. Hood seems on the large side but doesn’t bother him.
