Starry Night Skirt w/ Shorts

Beautiful!!

I love this skirt so much. I bought it a few months ago and I’m in love with it, it’s exactly what i wanted! Although, the reason I’m not giving it a full 5 star rating is because whenever I wash it (twice so far), a button has fallen off in the washing machine. The buttons dont seem to be held on very well, so I’m expecting to have to sew at least one button back on each time i wash it.

This one is so comfortable! Its shorter than i typically wear skirts. The built in shorts are really bad about riding up and giving wedgies, but that could be because of out of everything ive gotten so far this has the least good fit. This is probably because of my hips fitting in the 3XL and my waist in 2XL, the waist is very loose. The back is shirred for a comfy stretchy fit, making it honestly too big in that area, but The hips and length of the skirt make me question if It would have fit better sizing down. This material isnt as stretchy as the other items, but it is still very nice. The fit issue is likely more a my body issue than a this product issue, but for those who share my in-between sizing issues, be aware that while it fits and looks cute, I dont think this piece has a great option between sizing up and down.

The skrit is great in the sense of fit and quality of the material, however i wish the under shorts where a bit tighter or made with fitted/flexable matterial like spandex, the shorts are very loose despite the skirt fitting me very well. It does feel like they put less effort in the under shorts despite the skirt being almost double the price lf the top to the matching set which is i assume why it was more expensive as well. I do love the skirt though otherwise, just was a bit dissapointed with the undershorts. Also they do not add in the star pattern on the back of the skirt if that was a question for anyone.
