70 LB Professional Broadcast Spreader

I have had it for a year and made several applications using different materials with it. I am pretty disappointed with the spreader to be honest. The build quality seems to be there and I do like that a lot. Without a doubt there are some adjustments that need to be made. I will explain in detail. The settings for product release are 1-4 thats all. Setting #1 works for some fertilizers but barely lets anything out making the application process take way more time than it should. Some larger fertilizers wont come out at all. Setting #2 Is not something I would use unless you are very confident in your spreading skills. It comes out way too fast for what I would consider an average homeowner. Settings 3 and 4 are unuseable. You also arent gettig 70 lbs of any proudct in this hopper. 50 barrly fits. To put it bluntly I definitely feel that the ad is misleading. Had I known what I know now I would have purchased a different spreader. Now im stuck with this one trying to make it work.
