I expected the magnet to be stronger on this and hold things other than the patches that came with it.
I have the large round magnet hooked to my vest to collect flies after use so they can dry off and I love it. Just got the smaller one and have not used it yet but expect to love the lighter version.

Hi ,
Got the Mag Pad XL , installed it few days ago on my skiff . Looks good but doesn’t hold up / in place my scissors and nipper/clipper ! Very disappointed
