So far very pleased with purchase. Solid construction and wax dipped pieces seem to make big difference (No need to paint!). Wasn’t thinking about solid bottom board, so discovered some standing water in back corner (all my other hives have screened bottom boards) after recent rains. Corrected issue once I leveled hive. Hard to beat price when considering the quality of product.
