Easy clean

I wanted to replace baking paper when rolling out cracker dough and tried these. Nice and clean, though because my dough was a little sticky, it was hard a few times to separate from the sheet. But that was the dough, not the product, and dusting with sufficient flour remedied that. The only thing I would have done differently is try to find a clear or translucent mat to make it easier to see the size and shape of what I was doing!

Great eco alternative. I've always hated how wasteful baking paper is but this is perfect to fix that! Cute and easy to clean
