Excellent Service!

I purchased 2 drone packages and couldn't be more pleased. Not only were they prompt in delivery, but their customer service is second to none! I am new to the world of drones but their staff "dumbed it down" and made the process very pleasant.

On paper this drone check all of my requirements. The drone is fast to deploy, has 360 sensors, case, extra batteries, great controller, and the attachments works great! The thermal camera is great, and I know because I have two thermal camera scopes and the drone one is fine. The visual camera in day time is amazing, at night time it doesn't work. Here is where the drone does not check all of my boxes. I can't find the night mode setting in the controller, so I'm not able to use the Moonlight Algorithm 2.0 to better the image in low light. So I'm working with Autel and the DSLRPROS customer teams on that. Besides the night mode issue I really like the drone! As soon as my issue is fixed I'll update my review.
