Its been over a month and I still didnt receive my product

This is a fraudster and cheater. The websid shows delivery time is Europe is 3-8 days but my order isn’t arrived yet. I have mail them and they replied me that the delivery will take 7-20 days!! The website information and the activities is not same as they said. Clearly Cheater.
