Lemon Meringue Marshmallows (New & Improved)

The very first bit of this marshmellow wowed me! I never knew that a marshmallow could taste this good! 10/10 the lemon compote thing is a perfect addition to the marshmallow.

LOVED this flavor! Ive been making homemade meringue cookies since I was a kid so I was nervous about what kind of meringues these would be. IYKYK. Perfectly airy, non sticky, not dense. Very impressed. And the lemon swirl in perfectly captures the tart of a proper lemon meringue pie.

Handsdown, best marshmallows I’ve ever had but it was like a lemon sauce world through the marshmallow as well as meringue pieces 1010 would buy again
