Peace & Calm to help with sleep.

I overheard the kind woman at the counter tell the customer ahead of me about she uses Peace & Calm to help with her insomnia. Some nights I still even struggle after taking melatonin so I was intrigued. I am happy to say that applying Peace & Calm to my neck, wrists and bottom of my feet before bed have definitely helped me have a more peaceful sleep. I love drifting off to the lovely fragrance of lavender.

I keep my Calm roller in my purse and use it frequently as well as share it with others. My sister requested one and I alsready gave one to a friend as a gift. Lovely product.
