Really Disappointing

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this purchase. It took quite a long time for my order to arrive. I contacted customer service and they did not respond until the morning of the delivery, which was several days later. I paid to have my husband's name embossed on the cover and it arrived scratched. The gold paint chips off just by handling the book. Also, the book came with bookmark ribbons but they were not even attached to the book rendering them useless.

I bought these volumes because they are much better constructed than their competitor’s.

I love it!! The Holy Divine Office! The prayer of Joly Mother Mother Church! This completes my collection! Very well made!
