Lovely flowers, great service! Would greatly appreciate a more subdued presentation for Sympathy

Great flowers and prompt delivery - this might be nitpicking, the box with the bright pink wording was a bit of an unexpected presentation for a sympathy bouquet. I totally understand that this is standard packaging for a company who probably sends flowers for lots of happy occasions as well, where the design on the box would absolutely be appropriate. The flowers and vase are gorgeous which is the most important part! Not a criticism, just a suggestion for the future - maybe toning down to a more neutral tone or message so it works for all occasions, sad ones too, that would be a nice touch. Still an excellent service and highly recommend.
