Large Metal Chicken Coop Run

Its relatively easy to assemble, nice and roomy. Definitely requires more predator proofing if your chickens have access to it during the night and something to weigh it down so that it doesnt shift in the wind. The roof tarps are nice, but I wish it was one large panel instead of two bexause of the openings between them. Overall, it is not bad for the price.

I am extremely disappointed with this chicken run. It was advertised as structurally sound, predator proof, stable, and capable of standing on its own without wobbling. That has not been my experience at all. The wire is extremely thin and flimsy, and it separates easily at the welds. It bends, pulls loose, and does not stay taut, making it unsuitable for a secure or predator proof chicken run. I had to purchase and add extra wire myself because the material provided was not strong enough due to failer, and properly cover or reinforce the sides. Other issues include broken zip ties, an unstable frame that required additional wood reinforcement, a sagging gate, and a locking mechanism that does not provide a secure closure. The tarps also do not fully cover the top as advertised.
