I love my package kit the bag is very useful and cute, the products are working just fine for me love the scent of the body oil hoping to see quick results.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on May 29 and, as of today, I have still not received my package. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered to a different city and not to my address. I have made several attempts to contact you regarding this issue, including sending emails, but I have not received a response. As a customer, I expected better communication and service, especially after choosing to support a small business. At this point, I have paid for an item that I never received, and the lack of communication has been very frustrating. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, whether through a replacement shipment or a full refund.
