Shoes for Charcot foot

I am fresh out of a cast and crow boot for my non-diabetic Charcot foot disease recovery. This is the first shoe I have tried and so far, so good. It's been a few weeks and after adjusting to a shoe vs a crow boot from an ankle support perspective I am wearing these shoes 90% of the time. I have yet to develop any sores/ulcers, they fit well and considering my predicament they are comfortable.

Mt. Emey is such a durable and practical shoe. I have loved the white w/ navy athletic shoe, but wanted another option. Mt. Emey produced yet ANOTHER 9E shoe with enough depth for my custom orthotics and STILL left a wide toe box, but this time with black and gray breathable fabric!! I love both the look and feel!!
