Product was ordered on 7/31/2026 and finally arrived on 8/29/2026. Order was also to contain two free items. A planner and something else I can not remember because it was so long ago. I did get a quick response from customer support apologizing for the delay but that is little help when waiting a month on a supplement that is taken daily. In this Amazon world we live in I don’t mind planning and wait 5 to 7 days but this was unacceptable.

well it took over 20 days for my first order to arrive and customer service was no help my experience was terrible with them. I never got an explanation on where the product was shipped from or when it would arrive.

Your product took 24 days to arrive, twice the promised time after I left the United States. The delivery person threw it on the porch, didn’t ring the doorbell and since no one was there it disappeared and I never received it. You still have not refunded my money!
