"My Favorite" Brownie Recipe

These brownies look so moist, with a chewy edge along with a crackling top. THAT'S what made me want to bake these for myself! I haven't baked them yet, but I look forward to it. They appear to have the right balance of fudgy to cakey if that makes any sense. LOL. Chef Nanette Bonet not only includes a brands list and troubleshooting tips with the purchase of her recipes, she even tells you what type of pan she uses to bake these brownies in. A lot of value she adds to her recipes, not to mention that she's a chef.

Amazing, easy to follow recipe. I made them gluten free and everyone preferred them over the box mix regular brownies that they insisted upon.
