Was worth the wait for the custom belt! The customer service was amazing and they reached out for some corrections in the embroidering process as well as sent updates one where it was in the process. Would defintely recommend them!

​I requested a custom belt from Pioneer Fit with a very tight deadline because it was meant to be a gift for my girlfriend's upcoming competition. ​When I reached out to their customer service about the schedule, the team (especially Magen) was incredibly understanding and empathetic. They actually prioritized my order and rushed the production so that I could receive the belt incredibly fast, well ahead of the competition date! ​Not only is the craftsmanship of the belt absolutely beautiful, but their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is unmatched.
