Needs improvement in customer service

The case itself is absolutely beautiful, and I’m very happy with the quality. However, I did feel the customer service experience could have been improved. The restock date for the Kindle case was pushed back several times, which I completely understand can happen, but I wish there had been more communication to keep customers updated along the way. I also reached out to customer support to see if I could add something to my order but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. While I was really excited about this purchase, the lack of communication has made me a bit hesitant about ordering again in the future.

The quality of this case is the best ive ever bought as far as kindle cases go. The magnets are not visible, the kindle wakes and sleeps whether opening or closing. The stand also is held down magnetically. I will forever be a purchaser of this brand and her cases! The little bookmark she included was also super cute. 1000/10 recommend!
