My overall experience has been neutral. Other E bikes with less power supposedly are faster, so I feel like slightly misled by the power advertised. Also, my bike has electrical issues and they are unwilling to allow me to return the bike or offer a solution that I’m pleased with.

They are decent bikes. Before you ride them check that everything is tight. I used blue thread lock because the chain tensioner and front caliper kept comming loose

It looks great and is a great bike, the batteryjust takes a while after to get here. But other than that it is amazing
