Perfect! It actually feels like a cloud (i’ve never been on a cloud, but in my mind, this is what a cloud feels like) well made, sturdy, easy to put together. Bigger than i expected. I putchased the love seat with 2 ottomans it was perfect for my 1 bed apartment!

Not a sturdy arm rest. No free returns so purchase just knowing you lose money if you dont like it by having to pay hundredsto send ot back. All online shoppingshould have free shipping back and forth for those who who are unhappy with the product. No matter what

The customer service was amazing! I placed my order before I wanted it to arrive and the customer service team helped process it closer to my move date so it would arrive at my new place. I hate building furniture but this really wasnt bad at all. Just me building was about 2 hours. It actually looks better in person and I could fit comfortably 4 people on this loveseat. It is so comfortable and the cushions are great quality! If you are debating on this couch from not seeing in person or not enough reviews, just get it! You wont regret it!
