Customer Service was severely lacking
I ordered a brand new laptop for my employee. When it arrived it would not turn on. I had her hop on chat. They asked her to charge it for at least 30 minutes and to adjust the brightness of the screen. She did both and it still would not turn on. At that point they told her to fill out the service form online. I did that and my only options were "repair within 90 days" or "replace within 90 days". Both seemed ridiculous. I opted for replace. Didn't hear anything. The next morning I hopped on chat and waited an hour for a response. Didn't receive one. Didn't receive any response from the replacment ticket either. I finally email support to tell them I wanted a refund. Taking that long to respond to an issue did not give me much confidence in any future service I might receive.

So far this is a decent laptop. It's not the best, but not bad either- a middle of the road model. My only real issue is the mouse pad isn't always responsive enough.

Looks Nice but Very Slow
This laptop is not very good. It was very slow even loading a windows explorer window and apps like Gmail. Had to return it.
