Handmade glazed "Midnight Emerald" mug - 13.5oz

I never actually received this mug. Mucked about with items going out of stock; took days to finalise substitutions, then missed an item off the order. Partial refund issued for the final missing item with no apology and no reply when queried. Won't use again, won't recommend.
