Raspberry Jam

I bought the jam to put on shortbread cookies I made for a friend. It was the best jam I’ve ever eaten. Luckily I used most of it for the cookies, as I ate the rest out of the jar. It tastes like fresh raspberries sweetened with a bit of sugar. I already bought another jar.
