I just want to say that I'm impressed by the pan's quality! I won a 5-ply pan from their giveaway and it has been great! It is really well polished, the handle remains cool, even when I have been cooking for a lot of time , and there are no places that can't be easily cleaned. I love it and I will continue using it regularly!
