Awesome addition to my HD11. The factory setting for this is way too low and the addition of this Trail Icon product makes it so much better. Very easy install and very good quality product.

The kit arrived very timely. The way this kit is packaged and organized is the best I've EVER seen. Top notch! There is no guessing on what pieces to use and where. Extras are sent in case an insert doesn't work. Every piece is very high quality and the tool worked as described. The one thing I hated was drilling into a new machine. But the video shows you step by step. This kit actually solved the piece of comfort missing from the hd11 being able to use the cushion side of the console. We can also return it to a 3rd seat when we have an extra young rider. Well done and thank you!

I put off buying the armrest upgrade because I didn’t want to deal with the rivet nuts. The install was very quick and easy. I like the rivet nut concept so much I am going to buy a kit just for other future projects. The adjustable arm rest is one of the best upgrades I have added to my 2025 Defender Max Lt.
