Stokey the Bear Oversized Tee

It arrived more than a month late. I emailed to cancel, because the birthday I bought it for was so far gone, I purchased a different gift. Customer service didn’t bother to read my email and gave boilerplate troubleshooting advice to call my post office. “Sometimes our packages sit there undelivered.” The agent claimed they shipped it a month prior. I had never received tracking information so I knew it wasn’t shipped. Plus, their own website status listed “preparing to ship” even as they said my package was waiting for me at my local post office. They eventually realized they didn’t ship it and put it in the mail. When I opened the package, I discovered my made to order T-Shirt was made to order…in the wrong size. Maybe someone at Goodwill will like it. This is what I get for buying from brands that advertise on social media. Great marketing, horrible service.

Print and shirt quality are great! Note that the sizing is definitely mens, so women light want to size down eveb for an oversized fit.
