Gripping and Empowering

Susan builds her characters with finesse and depth. I love that her books have cameo appearances of favorite characters from other series in them so her readers can have a peak at their developing lives. This book is gripping. Showing both the rugged beauty and the lethal nature of the Alaskan wilderness and the brave men and women who risk their own lives to save others. There are always unexpected twists and turns in the plot and this story is no different. The characters develop before our eyes as they process their challenges and situations. The mentorship and encouragement they receive from family members and fellow team mates give the readers something to think about as we connect with their internal quandaries. I always experience breakthroughs in my own life as I apply the wisdom shared from God's Word. I highly recommend this book.

Terrible Customer Service

I have a question/problem with my order. In the 2.5 weeks since the order I have sent multiple emails and gotten zero response. I have gone on the Susan May Warren fiction website and sent the question that way because there is no phone number to call anyone. And I have still had no response. Yet the twice a week emails keep coming out promoting buying something else. So someone is apparently working somewhere at Susan May Warren fiction but just not checking the email account. It is a very disappointing experience for someone has been a longtime reader.

Suspenseful and encouraging

Mrs. Warren said s a top notch author. Once you start her books, I want to sit with a cup of coffee and read her books cover to cover. Always adventurous, spiritually encouraging, and some romance.
