I started carrying this in my tote when school started on August 12th. The side is ripped on the inside seam. I am so disappointed. This should have not ripped so easily when the heaviest thing I carried in my bag was my ipad with magic keyboard. The warranty and customer service Casemate offers to their buyers is outstanding. They are sending me a replacement organizer.

Ive been buying cheap plastic inserts and im so glad there is an insert made for this bag now! Helps the bag keep its shape and gives everything somewhere to go. Love that it comes in colors to complement the bags
