Three is a charm
My husband bought two Grams bags before and both were stolen. He loves the bag so much that he asked for another one for his birthday, so I ordered it, but we never received it because perhaps somebody stole it from delivery company. When I alerted Grams that we never receive the delivery, they immediately offered to send another one by express delivery. We appreciate that so much. The product itself is very, very well-made and my husband is very pleased that he has his third Grams bag. He better hang onto this one.

The best strap I ever purchased
I purchased this soap for a GRAMS (28) bag. It looks great and is comfortable for my shoulder. Much better quality compared to ones from Amazon, even with good reviews.
