Emporia Energy Monitoring Smart Plug

They work well. I have been using these for better part of a decade. They are integral to my overall energy monitoring set. I would like to see a smaller footprint though. And a really nice wiz bang would be a multi outlet smart plug with each having its own tracking programable logic. They do wear out over time and need to be replaced, but that should be expected.

Split your network or else!

Easy to set up after splitting the WiFi router into separate 2.4 and 5 GHZ networks. However, would prefer to keep the network merged. Not sure how older folks or not so network savvy would fair.
