1/3 Pan Holder Accessory

Whole system has been a headache and I sent an email to lady I spoke to and she never replied. The splash guard doesn’t fit correctly and I sent extra to fit it then brackets doesn’t hold it tight enough to hold anything. Not the best experience after spending thousands. I was told no additional fees when delivered I was charged $50 and then I was told I would get a refund for that but never received anything. Now I have a back splash that I paid extra to alternate sizing for plus 4 attachments that I won’t use. Also a large loss in the purchase.
