Best GF sourdough I’ve ever had!!so glad I found it on a trip to Bend. I would love to taste it the day it is baked or fresh out of the oven some day!

An overall excellent gf sourdough bread with a nice crust and a light and airy open crumb. The only drawback is that it crumbles easily and could use an additional binder.
