PELODOCTOR - I love this business!

The gear mechanism between the pedals (lower bracket is the technical part name) was making squeaking and grinding sounds. I ordered the replacement part from Peloton (I didn't know about Pelodoctor). When Peloton notified me of the order being sent, they sent a YouTube video link telling me how to replace the part. That's where PeloDoctor came in. The video was produced by Pelodoctor, and the video explained how to replace the part and what TOOLS I would need. TOOlKIT: you will need one do replace the part properly. Peloton does not sell the tool kit, so if you want to do the repair yourself, order the kit (currently about $175) from Pelodoctor. OF COURSE, you may was well purchase the gear/bracket assembly from PeloDoctor too if you are ordering the repair kit. I am GLAD I found out about you, Pelodoctor.
