The necklace is pretty, but it’s not as dainty as I had hoped it would be. The charm is larger and heavier than I had expected. I wish that the chain length and charm size information had been included on the website description. The charm hits me at my sternum on the shortest length. Be mindful that while returns are accepted, you are responsible for return shipping cost. Customer service is slow to respond but helpful in rectifying issues.
