Harmony's Cherry Bomb Begonia Rex 4 inch

the plants leaves where melted from the cold packaging could have been better

I feel the packaging could have been better all the leaves were melted from the cold. It did have a heat pack but it was all wrapped in paper so how is it going to emit warmth. I will try to nurse it back if the roots are ok I think it will recover but very disappointed
