Paws Up Bamboo Compression Socks

Don’t bother…!!! Bad return policy

Honestly feels like I was taking advantage of because on your website and all your other listings is specifically shows that you have a money back guarantee on your products. However, after I purchased my compression socks, and realized they didn’t fit properly you stated that you don’t accept back socks, no matter if they fit or not. I contacted customer service and after showing a picture of the socks and the fit and explaining that I just had knee surgery and need them, you were finally willing to go ahead and send me a larger size. I had purchased like six pairs of socks, so you would think there should not be an issue like this. There’s no way for you to know if something’s going to fit precisely right or not whenever you’re buying things online. So this was just a huge waste of money in my opinion-even though they did go ahead and eventually send out the new pairs, they don’t fit exactly right either. Will never purchase from again.

I’m a size 8 in the shoe and I brought a size medium large width socks. They are far too tight. How can I return the one pair that I didn’t try on? I brought two pairs. Please contact me about possibly getting my money back. I have noticed in the reviews on other people. They have managed to get their money back even though they couldn’t do a return. This is a crucial for me. Please contact me. Update Dr Woof have refunded and resolve d the issue many thanks
