Did not pair

This remote didn’t pair with my bed. I did order the correct remote so I’m not sure what is wrong. Customer service was excellent in taking care of my issue.

The remote was received on time and once I paired it with my bed, it worked perfectly.

Semble être incompatible avec mon lit électrique. La compagnie n'a pas offert d'échanger la télécommande. Ont offert 50% du prix sans retour ou 100% mais les frais de retour à ma charge. Donc mon problème n'est pas réglé et j'ai une télécommande non fonctionnelle chez moi...
