I loved this corset! The flat steel boned lining made it very comfortable to wear for hours on end. I started with 4 hours a day for 3 times a week and then I was able to do 6-7 days 8-10 hours. I saw inches drop in combination with diet and exercise, waist was more cinched. I just wish they would restock on the XS size because I need a smaller size (I tried a different company but I’m not as thrilled)
