Mask Fit Red Foundation

I absolutely love it. I am very, very pale and it is so difficult to find a good match for my skintone. (The saschet set is such a great idea to find your shade in your range without committing to a full bottle blindly!) This foundation is lightweight, dries matte, doesnt settle into my fine lines, and doesn't let oil come through like my other makeup has on a full day's wear. Coverage is buildable but I've been impressed with the mid-coverage from one layer and how well it evens out my complexion without looking unnatural. It's pricier than my other foundations, but I'm fine with the price for the preformance. SO glad I gave mask fit a try. I've found my new holy grail foundation!

Perfect refill

I got this version to serve as a refill for the cushion since I love the portability of the cushion and it is truly the exact same formula. It was also surprisingly easy to put into the cushion and the stick applicator worked great to kinda poke and prod at the actual cushion to get it to absorb. I think I can refill my cushion one or two more times with what comes in this container, which really makes it worth the money in my opinion. As for the finish, I get a smooth, perfect match to my skin even without using primer first. It doesn't run or melt over the day and is a pretty matte finish which is my preference.

Need more pale shades!

I regularly use the 13c red cushion foundation which is almost a perfect match to my skin tone. However, I wanted to use a liquid foundation for un upcoming special occasion so that I could have more flexibility with the overall look. Sadly, the mask red fit foundation doesn't have a 13c shade so I had to either go down to 15c or up to 11c. I decided to go up since sometimes the 13c is a little dark on me in early spring, which is when the event is. And it almost worked. Almost. Everything was great with the product, the packaging, the application, the coverage, and longevity, however, it just wasn't my shade. A little too pink and just a tad too pale. Please get the 13c shade and more pale shades in the mask red foundation!!! For now, I'll adjust the 11c with some bronzer and blush for my spring event.
