SKYLAR-R 10,000 LUMEN RECHARGEABLE FLASHLIGHT

I have purchased the Skylar-R10,000 LUMEN flashlight twice, the first one order # 7553 dated September 17, 2025 who I only have had only opportunity to open its box (it was totally brand new untouched in package) around a month ago, for giving it to my nephew as his birthday gift. Below are two problems who I have noticed so far:1- Despite several attempts of two of us, we didn’t succeed to run the mentioned flash light’ (TURBO MOOD) for giving alert ((to other vehicles’ drivers in case of different emergencies, such as getting stuck in the roads for different reasons such as broken engine or other cases (( WITH FAST BLINKING flashlight’ bulb)) what so ever! Unfortunately I have had the same issue with the second new one who I’ve purchased pretty recently ! Per the instruction on its label and owner’s manual for doing so, when the flash light is on the user or anybody else in his behalf, he or she supposed to push and hold the OFF/On button for THREE seconds! None of the mentioned flashlights work that way for «activating of tie «TURBO MOOD»!! 2 - I have had always desire and demand for purchasing an addition battery for the mentioned flashlight ((2*26650 rechargeable lithium- ion batteries) as backup ,but despite your company advertisement , subject receiving some discount for the second one purchase, I haven’t noticed an offer for the mentioned flashlight discounted battery Hossein Esfahani

The picture on the website makes it look much smaller than what it is and there’s no dimensions listed, it’s way too big and heavy to carry on my belt. I have sent two messages to customer service about wanting something that is smaller and lighter that I can carry on my belt and nobody has gotten back to me on that and how to exchange it. And there’s no number to call.. so my first experience with this company has not been good
