I love thesestrings they work wonderfully on my btb 805 ms! They also down tune pretty well and keep tension quite well too! Over all really fun strings to play

These are about the best strings for a Dingwall that I've found so far. They sound great--nice and clear, no mud. Other strings I've tried are sort of dead sounding. They are also the least tension strings I've found so far. Unfortunately, nobody that I'm aware of makes lighter gauge strings for Dingawalls, which is what I play on all my other basses. It's really strange that nobody makes light gauge for Dingwalls (which would work great with the extra scale length). So... these Dunlop strings are as close as you can get to lighter gauge strings at this point.

Great Multi Scale option for your Dingwall

After getting my Dingwall 5 string NG3 I began searching for a string set I would be happy with. Tried several different brands and gauge sets. I’ve now settled on these Dunlop long scale sets which are put together exclusively for Fret Nation. They have a nice piano tone I prefer, they have a very smooth feel, medium tension and so far are lasting long enough, even here in southwest Florida. They also have tapers on the B, E and A strings which I preferred. And the price is excellent plus Jason is very helpful and replies promptly with info and assistance on any string or bass questions. These strings are a great alternative to most of the available multi scale sets.
