Supernova Slime

Poor packaging

I ordered 4 slimes in total, and while the typical packaging for the others is fine, I'm leaving this review in hopes the owner will see and do better for the water slimes specifically. I don't want a refund, I'm still happy with what amount of the slime I did get, but its important to help companies grow with earnest critique. There was no padding in the box itself to keep the slimes from moving, and while they did have bubble wrap on them, I'm not sure what good that was supposed to do other than maybe protecting the plastic container. A good amount of the slime leaked out in the box because of transit. The standard plastic container you use does not account for how liquid a water slime is, and it will have leaks if its thrown around. You also didn't put "fragile" on the box anywhere, and again, the slimes were just loose in the box to be thrown around. I'm really disappointed due to the price of this slime and the fragile nature of it. Please package the water slimes better. Please consider spending the extra money to get a new branded container made for the water slimes, and just pass the cost onto us. I'd be happy to pay more for that. As for the slime itself, I do love it. Its an extremely good water slime, the sounds are perfect, I love the feeling on my hands, and the scent is so good. I've been a long time fan of Momoslimes, the first slimes I ever purchased from them in 2023. Their slimes are great. Again, I don't need a refund because I am happy with the product I received itself, and I want to keep my slime and not risk having to ship it back, but please make these corrections in the future. I won't be purchasing from Momoslimes again until I see from reviewers that this issue has been corrected, especially for water slimes. When people buy slimes, please spend the extra money to put packing paper or something inside the box to ensure gentle travel. Don't just let them slam around in the box. The bubble wrap around the slime itself is not enough and only protects the plastic container. For water slimes, please be more careful with them. Thank you.

Water slimes are my favorite and this one looks so beautiful, in my hands it looked purple but on camera it looked teal such a unique effect. I did discover im not a fan of the guava scent though.
