Skordo Steak Rub Scores
Very flavorful rub with a hint of heat. Great favor boaster for beef cuts that lack significant marbling, such as filet mignon. I also rub on fish steaks, such as swordfish and mix in brussels sprouts and cauliflower prior to roasting.
