I have loved this spice mix for years! Every time I come to Portland this shop is on my must-do list. I use this to sprinkle on my ramen bowls to add the perfect texture and flavor profile as well as on tuna!

Perfect for AHI tuna
While soy and roasted sesame oil are great for tuna , even without sauces this spice alone adds to a perfect taste
