Not usable as a seat

As a walker, it works well. However, the seat is very problematic. The bar in the front wants to slide out of the seat when I'm trying to click it in place. Then once in place, I could NOT NOT NOT pull the seat out of the front so I could roll it back up. My husband pushed in place and pulled it out many times to loosen it, but I am too weak to do it. Meaning that if I use it when I'm out, I can't use the seat because then I wouldn't be able to use the walker.
