Same Coffee

I'd like to provide some feedback on my recent coffee subscription experience: - The pull tab on the coffee bag broke off when I tried to open it. Afterward, I realized the zip seal was extremely tight, which likely contributed to the tab breaking. I ultimately had to use scissors to open the bag. - I noticed an unroasted green coffee bean in the bag. So far, I've only found one, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. - I received Rwanda Gicumbi Washed in this shipment, which is the same coffee I received back in June.

Love this coffee! I have been a customer for many years and will continue to be.
