Level 4 Side Armor Plate

Plates were of good quality and perfect size. The initial order took longer than expected and slightly misleading with the image of the item. Customer service is absolutely terrible. After receiving my first plate and realizing I needed a second one, I ordered it and received it within a week with better order information and shipping information. When they have it they’re quick, and when they don’t they’re slow and don’t communicate. If customer service was better it would’ve been 5 stars. I only gave it 4 instead of 3 because the second plate arrived so fast.
