Wildflower Honey - Unpasteurized

This honey is disappointing. I regularly conduct blind taste tests when buying honey, as I typically have a high-quality honey on hand for comparison. My partner and I tested this honey, and we independently noticed an overpowering sugary taste. It seems likely that the bees producing this wildflower honey were fed sugar syrup, or something else is amiss. Honestly, this is one of the worst unpasteurized honeys I’ve recently ever tried.
