Did not receive everything

I was out of town when I received my products. I got everything but the v odorizing mist. When I reported it I was told that I had 24 hours to report it and there was nothing that could be done. I still had to pay for everything even though I don't have everything.

Missing Item

There was an missing item per the description. I reach out via the site and was advised someone would reach out to me shortly. It has been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. This affected my overall rating and thoughts on ordering other products.

Product

I have been using the Femme Detox products when they first came out. I wonder since the product line has increased that it is not like it use to be. Did they change the recipe? The oil with rose petals in it use to have a nice strong fragrance that you could use it all over your body. Now, the scent does not last that long and lightly working with the aroma from the yoni. Also, the small bottle spray that is for foul aroma works a little, but not as good as I thought. So, what do I do? I want to give high praises for some of the products I use, but I really think the recipe has changed.
